The Form 843 filler, the calculators and the checker run on your own device. What you type in them is not sent to us. The filled PDF is made inside your browser.

When you send the form at the end of a page, we keep what you entered: the penalty, the tax year, the amount, your answer about the last 3 years, and your phone or email. We pass it to one licensed tax professional who contacts you about it. We do not sell it or share it with anyone else.

The letter reader is different. It reads the text you paste on your device and sends it to our AI provider to write the explanation. We do not keep the text, only a count that the tool was used. Leave out your Social Security number.

We record simple page events, such as a tap on the call button, with no name attached. To have your details deleted, email contact@form843.com.
